Clear terms for your commitment
We require written notice at least 30 days before your retreat or therapeutic programme start date. A non-refundable deposit holds your place. Full refunds are available up to 30 days prior; cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. Contact bonjour@banaret.fr with notice of cancellation.

Membership cancellation terms and refund policy
Cancel your membership with 30 days' written notice to bonjour@banaret.fr. Non-refundable deposit holds your place; remaining balance refunds within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
